Work began to turn Mechanic Advisor into more than a directory and into a full customer communication platform.
Mechanic Advisor developed a full-service marketing platform with the ability to email, text, and send postcards to customers, and began the transition to a SaaS company.
Mechanic Advisor rebranded as Steer, introducing a modern, scalable platform designed to unify its tools and accelerate product development. This transformation laid the foundation for faster innovation and a more connected shop-to-customer experience.
